If he was stupid enough to do that, he deserved whatever might have been thrown at him (and I do mean that in the literal sense). I didn't know Rickie personally, and only know his Mom as an acquaintance, but I would be sorely tempted to tackle the guy and then call for some "pilin' on" from the JIB faithful!
